I haven't been on a trip anywhere in ages so I was a little too excited to be taking a short trip three hours west to the Berkshires. My husband and I drove out Saturday morning but made a detour through Amherst to stop at Judie's Restaurant for a delicious lunch that included the most amazing popovers. We then drove to North Adams and spent the afternoon driving up Mount Greylock and taking in the gorgeous views. Perfect weather, warm, crisp, and refreshing. The foliage was just starting to show but in a few weeks it will be so much more colorful. May have to take another trip!

Tomorrow's post: Mass Moca!
What a nice weekend! I love North Adams. Sometimes I think it is my "happy place."
ReplyDeleteHi Cindy! Thanks for stopping by and sorry for the belated response. I can't believe it has been almost three weeks since I was there. It seems so long ago now. It was really nice, So much wide open space. :)
